Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Take Care + Co of Western Australia (“Take Care + Co”, “we”, “us” or “the Promoter”).

2. Promotion period

The promotion will run for 10 months from 12 October 2026 to 30 August 2027.

There will be one prize draw each month during the Promotion Period, with 20 winners selected at random each month.

A total of 200 prizes will be awarded over the 10-month Promotion Period.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who:

  • are an unpaid carer; and

  • create a valid Take Care + Co Carer Registry during the Promotion Period.

An unpaid carer is a person who provides unpaid care, support or assistance to a family member, friend or other person because of disability, illness, mental health needs, chronic or terminal illness, ageing or another ongoing support need.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Take Care + Co involved in administering the promotion are not eligible to enter.

4. How to enter

To enter, an eligible person must:

  1. visit takecareandco.com.au;

  2. create a Take Care + Co Carer Registry; and

  3. provide the information required to create the Registry and enter the promotion.

There is no fee to create a Carer Registry or enter the promotion. No purchase is necessary.

Only one competition entry is permitted per eligible carer.

Creating multiple Carer Registries will not provide additional entries.

5. Monthly draws

Twenty winners will be selected at random each month from all eligible entries in the draw pool.

Unless an entrant has already won a prize, eligible entries will remain in the draw for subsequent months, meaning carers do not need to create a new Registry or re-enter each month.

Once an entrant has won a $50 Take Care Credit, their entry will be removed from subsequent draws.

Monthly draws will take place on or around:

  • Draw 1: 30th November 2026

  • Draw 2: 30th December 2026

  • Draw 3: 30th January 2027

  • Draw 4: 28 February 2027

  • Draw 5: 30 March 2027

  • Draw 6: 30 April 2027

  • Draw 7: 30 May 2027

  • Draw 8: 30 June 2027

  • Draw 9: 30 July 2027

  • Draw 10: 30 August 2027

Entries received after a monthly draw cut-off will automatically be included in the next available draw.

The final draw will occur within one month of the promotion closing.

6. Prizes

Each monthly winner will receive:

$50 Take Care Credit

The credit may be used towards eligible products and/or practical support available through Take Care + Co, subject to availability and the applicable Take Care Credit terms.

There will be:

20 prizes per month × $50 = $1,000 per month

Across 10 months:

200 prizes × $50 = $10,000 total prize pool.

Take Care Credit:

  • is not redeemable for cash;

  • cannot be transferred or sold;

  • cannot be exchanged for another form of cash payment;

  • must be used through Take Care + Co;

  • is subject to any reasonable expiry date disclosed when the credit is issued.

7. Winner selection

Winners will be selected using a random draw from all eligible entries in the relevant draw pool.

The draw will be conducted by Take Care + Co using a randomised selection process.

Records of each draw will be retained by Take Care + Co in accordance with applicable trade-promotion requirements.

8. Winner notification

Winners will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number provided when creating their Carer Registry.

Winners will be contacted within [2–5] business days of each draw.

The winner must respond within 14 days of notification.

If Take Care + Co cannot contact a winner, the winner is found to be ineligible, or the prize cannot reasonably be awarded, Take Care + Co may conduct a redraw in accordance with applicable law.

9. Verification

Take Care + Co may reasonably request information to confirm:

  • the entrant’s identity;

  • their Australian residency;

  • that they meet the definition of an unpaid carer; or

  • that the Carer Registry is genuine.

Take Care + Co will not require entrants to disclose unnecessary medical or disability information about the person they care for.

Entries that are fraudulent, automated, duplicated or created solely to manipulate the promotion may be disqualified.

10. Carer Registry

Creating a Carer Registry does not require the entrant to make the Registry public or share it with anyone.

A Registry must contain genuine information and must comply with Take Care + Co’s website terms and policies.

The promotion does not guarantee that items or services added to a Registry will be purchased or funded by another person.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected through the promotion will be handled in accordance with Take Care + Co’s Privacy Policy.

Information will be used to:

  • administer the Carer Registry;

  • conduct the promotion;

  • contact winners; and

  • provide communications the entrant has separately consented to receive.

Entry into this promotion does not automatically require entrants to consent to unrelated marketing communications.

12. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

If circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control affect the operation of the promotion, the Promoter may take reasonable steps permitted by applicable law to address those circumstances.

The Promoter will not amend, cancel or withdraw the promotion after it has commenced where regulatory approval is required without first obtaining that approval.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Western Australia.
