Our mission is to connect carers with products, services and experiences that can make life a little lighter — and to build a kinder community that recognises, supports and celebrates carers.

Tracey created Take Care + Co after seeing firsthand how difficult it can be for carers to ask for help — and for others to know what actually helps. Her vision is a platform that brings together thoughtful products, practical support and Care Lists so carers feel seen, supported and less alone.
With a background in social impact and a deep commitment to creating meaningful change, Tracey is building Take Care + Co to make caring a little easier — one practical act of support at a time.
